Cancellation Policy

Please note, if you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel, to please give at least a 4 hour notice. No shows are not acceptable. Any last minute cancellations/no shows within the 4 hour policy notice will require a cancellation fee of the full appointment amount to be paid before any further bookings are given.
